Who is this article for?

Managers and owners who want reusable modifier structures instead of one-off item customisation

Attach a reusable Modifier List to the menu or hybrid items that should offer its choices. Changes to the shared list affect the items that use it.

Attach a List

1
Open the menu or hybrid item from Catalog Items.
2
Find the Modifier Lists card.
3
Use Select modifier lists to add... or Add Modifier List, then choose the lists to attach.
4
Review the attached lists and their selection rules.

One item can use multiple lists, and one list can serve multiple items. Reuse a shared list for common choices such as sizes or toppings instead of creating copies for every item.

Review Before Reusing Widely

Check the list's status, available options, selection limits, prices and linked inventory quantities before attaching it to more items.

Auto-import rules populate options inside a list. Attaching the list decides which sellable items offer those options; these are separate steps.

The item also has its own menu assignments, variation prices and recipes. Attaching a Modifier List adds choices without replacing that setup.
