Choose how you want to begin setup: work with Alex, open the forms yourself, or explore a separate sample venue first.

Choose a Starting Point

1
On the onboarding welcome screen, select Let Alex Set It Up, Start Setting Up, or Explore Demo Dashboard.
2
Click Continue.

For your own setup, create an organisation if you do not already have one. Crunch then opens the onboarding workspace for its journey.

Let Alex Set It Up

Choose this if you want conversational help with files, menus, and setup data. Alex can prepare imports and drafts; you review and approve the changes before draft-based work is applied.

See Onboarding with Alex for this path.

Start Setting Up

Choose this if you prefer direct forms. Both setup paths use the same onboarding workspace, where you can open individual steps and use Let Alex do this whenever you want help.

Start with the business profile questions so Crunch understands your operation and POS.

Explore Demo Dashboard

Choose this to open a separate sample venue. Your own account and setup remain available. The demo lets you explore supported operations with sample data; live billing, Square connections, and some external actions are unavailable.

Return to your own setup when you are ready to add real business data. The demo does not finish onboarding for your organisation.

If You Already Use Square

Whichever setup path you choose, an existing Square business keeping its POS should connect Square and seed Crunch from the existing catalog first. Review imported counts and unmatched links before adding manual or spreadsheet catalog data.
