Narrow the Discrepancy Report
Use Location, Threshold (%) and Completed Only to focus the report. Review the filter settings before comparing figures: a filtered discrepancy table may cover fewer entries than the period summary.
For each unexpected difference, return to the location entries to check the count, notes and discrepancy reason. If the entry was counted By area, check all area quantities and their venue total.
Decide What to Do Next
Use progress to identify unfinished counting, then value impact to prioritise completed entries that need investigation. A complete entry can still have a discrepancy.
