Who is this article for?

Users managing inventory who want quick AI-led stock questions

Ask Crunchy about stock levels, low-stock items or stock-take progress when you want a focused summary of your organisation’s records.

Start an inventory conversation

1
Check the selected organisation and open AI.
2

Choose Show me my inventory levels, or type a question.

3

Add the location and the items or categories you want to review.

4

Check the answer against the relevant inventory or stock-take page before deciding what to change.

Good follow-up questions include:

  • Which items are out of stock at [location]?
  • Show me low-stock items at [location].
  • Which stock takes are still open?
  • What is the current stock value at [location]?
  • Export those inventory levels as a CSV.

Use BI Analysis for a stock-value or reporting question. Answers depend on recorded inventory, accessible locations and your organisation’s plan.

Separate questions from changes

A stock summary does not record a physical count. Use the Stock Take tools to enter counts and review discrepancies. Use the item page for changes to catalogue details.

If you ask Crunchy to make a supported change, review any confirmation and check the resulting record. If you switch to another task, choose New chat.
