Include:
- Your organisation name
- The page or feature you were using
- What you did and what you expected
- The exact error text and when it occurred
- Your browser and device
- A screenshot that helps explain the problem
Do not include passwords or full payment-card details. If you cannot sign in, you can still open the public Help Centre and email support.
