Any Crunch user managing their own account
Use Profile Settings to review the personal details tied to your Crunch login and update your name or email when needed.
What the page shows
The page shows:
- A profile-completion banner when details are missing
- Your avatar, full name, and email address
- A Google Account badge when the account is linked to Google
- Three account dates: Member Since, Last Updated, and Last Login
- A Profile Information card with your first name, last name, email address, and full name
Edit your profile

Open Settings > Profile.

Click Edit Profile in the top-right corner.

Update First Name, Last Name, or Email Address in the Update Profile Information form.

Click Update Profile to save, or Cancel to leave the form without changes.

The form marks required fields with an asterisk, and the page notes that changing your email address requires re-verification.
Refresh the page data
Use Refresh if you want to reload the latest profile details without leaving the page.
