Export and Download Reports
Open approved reports, download saved business files, request AI exports and find billing invoices.
Who is this article for?
Use Business Files for saved operating documents and approved reports, AI Assistant for a requested data export, and Billing for subscription invoices.
Open approved weekly reports
Select the correct organisation, then open Business Files.
Find an approved Profit Control report by its title and week.
Choose Open interactive report to read it inside Crunch.
Approved reports are available to OPS and Full Crunch. The report card opens an interactive viewer; use the Weekly Profit Control guide for its report and shopping-list controls.
Download a saved business file
With Full Crunch general-file access, Business Files also lists uploaded documents.
Use Search files or the category filter to find the document.
Choose the file’s Download icon to open its download link.
The general directory also lets you upload operating documents and reference files. OPS shows approved Profit Control reports alongside a locked general-files section.
Ask Crunchy for an export
In AI Assistant, describe the data, location, dates and file format you need. For example: Export stock levels for [location] as a CSV or Create a spreadsheet of purchase-order spend for [date range].
Crunchy can prepare downloadable CSV, spreadsheet and PDF files from the data it can access. Open the download link in its response. Check the scope and figures before sharing the result; exports follow your organisation’s plan and available data.
Download billing invoices
Choose PDF when available, or View invoice to open its hosted invoice page.
For saved payment methods and further billing records, choose Open Stripe portal. Dashboard analytics are on-screen views; choose the workflow above for the record you need.
