Explore the Dashboard

Use the dashboard to move between your organisation's records, view operational analytics, and ask Crunchy for help. The information available depends on your plan, permissions, connected apps, and workspace data.

Navigate Your Workspace

Use the organisation switcher at the top of the sidebar to check which workspace you are in. The sidebar includes:

• Catalog Items, Categories, Business Files, Stock Take, Menus, Modifier Lists, Purchase Orders, and Sales Orders
• App Store and Members
• Settings, including Profile, Organizations, Locations, Notifications, Subscription, Billing, Taxes, Discounts, Developer Portal, and Sessions

Some features show a lock and an upgrade prompt when they are outside your plan. The demo hides some account and integration pages.

Choose a Dashboard Tab

The dashboard has these tabs:

• Overview for a summary of your workspace
• POS Data for analytics from connected POS apps
• Sales Orders for sales analytics
• Inventory for stock levels and values
• Stock Take for the latest closed and current open periods by location
• Purchase Orders for purchasing analytics
• Operations for demand and profitability patterns

OPS provides an operations overview and access to inventory, purchasing, stock take, and curated Profit Control reporting. POS, raw sales, and Operations analytics require Full Crunch. Locked tabs explain the access required.

Open Crunchy

Click the floating AI assistant button on dashboard pages to open Crunchy. You can also press Cmd+Shift+K on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+K on Windows to open or close the assistant.

Return to Setup

When your onboarding journey is incomplete, a banner can show its progress and current step. Click Continue Setup or View Progress to return to the onboarding workspace.
