Choose the Scope You Need
OPS covers inventory, suppliers, recipes, purchase orders, stock takes, and curated Profit Control reports. Full Crunch adds menus, modifiers, raw sales, Square sales tools, and connected platform apps.
Full Crunch has a 90-day trial with no card required to start. OPS is a paid plan with no free trial. Use Pricing for current prices, included usage, and overage terms.
Review the Subscription Page
The actions depend on your organisation's state. You may see Start 90-day trial, Manage trial billing, Manage billing, an OPS Checkout action, or a reactivation option. Read the action's explanation before proceeding, especially when changing from a Full Crunch trial to OPS.
Manage Billing
Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal for payment methods, invoices, and the current subscription. During a Full Crunch trial, Manage trial billing lets you add a card for when the trial ends.

Billing actions require the appropriate permissions. Ask your organisation owner if you cannot open the billing action you need.
If a Full Crunch trial ends without a card, the organisation becomes read-only and its data is preserved. Follow the subscription page's recovery action or contact support.
